Teaching & Training
​
Through reading, writing, painting, gardening or sports, we teach our children simple things such as love, respect and coexistence.
​
We also teach the importance of basic hygiene such as brushing teeth, washing hand with soap.
​
On top, we currently cared for 6 special needs children.
​
We are looking for any passionate individual that can teach these skills to children. So far, we have had hosted 8 volunteered teachers in our local schools.
Widow Empowerment
​
We work to support the widows by training them in production techniques, such as bags, flower pots, ready-made clothes and many other products that will be sold for fundraising.​
​
We need talents with creative skills, business knowledge and experience, which can be shared among the families. The volunteers will primarily contributing on the production, sale and marketing of the products.
Construction & Maintainance
​
We started with a humble shelter for the orphanage, then a Nursery School, and now we are constructing a Pre & Primary School to support the vulnerable children in the community.
​
We are looking for a wide range of volunteers that can help construct and renovate classrooms, lodging, accessible toilets etc.
​
Willingness to help children are the most vital to our cause, although skilled workers are welcome.
Fundraising
​
All our projects require immediate financial support to be implemented. We need help to raise funds through
- Online fundraising
- Fundraising Events and Market Sales
- Person to Person Fundraise (This can involve friends, Classmates, relatives/family members and other groups with mutual interest)
Organic Farm
​
We believe organic farming is the key to sustainable future. We hope the share environmentally friendly practices, knowledge, skills and work from experts all over the world, to ensure children and widows get enough healthy food while also equiped with the skillset.
The main activities of the volunteers will be farm preparation, planting, waste management practice, harvesting to improve soil quality and build soil organic matter.
