The Board of Directors is the governing body of our organization, supporting the mission, setting compensation guidelines, recruiting and hiring the Chief Executive, and retaining, supervising, and evaluating the general activities of the organization. It is the key component of Tumaini Foundation, providing financial and legal oversight.
